Money out of our bank account . Any idea`s

Hi can anyone out there give us some idea what  the wording below is for . 113.78 Euros has been taken out of our spanish bank account

Ordenante : Dev. De La Provision  De Fondos

Concepto : Ingreso Por Cuenta Terceros

From bablefish the literal translation is:-

 Ordenante : Dev. De La Provision  De Fondos  This means Payer - Of the provision of funds

Concepto : Ingreso Por Cuenta Terceros This means Concept: Income account for 3rd party

I think it is basically a transaction slip telling you the bank has paid the money to a 3rd party.

We are with SolBank and their transaction listing then gives us the name of the party if yours doesn't you will need to contact them and ask them who they have paid this too.

Do Spanish banks not operate like English banks whereby they won't release funds unless there is a direct debit or standing order in place? I seem to have read quite a few threads recently where money has just been taken out of people's accounts and they don't know why.

No Spanish banks are not like UK banks they pay out to anyone particularly if an embargo is placed on the account then they pay it and wont even tell you who has placed it.
